By creating an account or purchasing credits or a plan you agree to them.<\/p>\n<h2>1. The service<\/h2><p>CV Lifter is an online service that helps you build a professional profile and generate CVs and cover letters tailored to specific job positions with the help of artificial intelligence. The service is provided by Hantasy O\u00dc, <span class=\"cvl-placeholder\">[registry code]<\/span>, <span class=\"cvl-placeholder\">[registered address, Estonia]<\/span> (&#8220;CV Lifter&#8221;, &#8220;we&#8221;).<\/p>\n<h2>2. Accounts<\/h2><p>You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Credits and subscriptions<\/h2><ul><li><b>Credits<\/b> are consumed when you generate a tailored application for a job. Credits do not expire and are not transferable to other accounts.<\/li><li><b>Subscriptions<\/b> renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Monthly allowances do not roll over.<\/li><li>Prices are shown in EUR; VAT is added at checkout where applicable. We may change prices with 30 days&#8217; notice; changes do not affect credits already purchased.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2>4. Refunds<\/h2><p>See our <a href=\"\/refund-policy\/\">Refund policy<\/a>. By generating a document with a credit you agree that the digital content is delivered immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for that credit.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Your content<\/h2><p>You keep all rights to the information you provide and to the documents generated for you. You grant us a licence to process that content only to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter \u2014 CV Lifter tailors and formats, it does not verify.<\/p>\n<h2>6. AI-generated output<\/h2><p>Generated documents are drafts produced by AI models based on your input. Review them before you use them. We do not guarantee interview invitations, job offers or any particular outcome, and we are not responsible for decisions made by employers or recruiters.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Acceptable use<\/h2><p>You may not use the service to produce misleading or fraudulent documents, to impersonate others, to process personal data you are not allowed to process, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Team accounts<\/h2><p>If you create profiles for other people, you confirm that you are allowed to process their data and you enter into our data processing agreement, available on request.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Availability and changes<\/h2><p>We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Liability<\/h2><p>To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights under EU law.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Governing law<\/h2><p>These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Consumers in the EU also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform.<\/p>\n<h2>12.
